Entrance & red carpet
A marigold curtain on a gold frame, brass bells, hand-painted film posters and a carpet wide enough to walk in twos. This is the first photo of the evening, so it gets built at eye level rather than overhead.

A film-poster entrance, a stage that fills with dancers by eight, and a dining room lit the way a premiere after-party is lit. We build Bollywood nights for sangeets, milestone birthdays and company annual days, from the first sketch to the last piece of confetti.
A Bollywood night works when the room has a beginning, a middle and a closing shot. Guests should walk into a marigold curtain and a poster wall, find their seats under warm bulbs, and turn around to a stage that has already filled up behind them. That sequencing is the part most parties get wrong.
We start with the venue and the crowd, not with a catalogue. A 40th birthday in a Gurugram farmhouse gets a lighter set, a bigger bar and a nineties playlist. A sangeet for 300 in a Delhi banquet hall gets a wide stage, a family entry moment and a dance floor that can hold a full baraat.
Everything below is stuff we actually build and crew, so the plan you approve on paper is the one that goes up on the day.
A sample timeline for a 7 pm start. We shift it by 30 to 60 minutes for weddings and for parties that begin after dinner.
Guests arrive through the poster wall. A host in a bandhgala hands out garlands and a clapperboard for photos, so the first ten minutes are already a scene.
Two dancers open with a twelve-minute set built from seventies and nineties numbers, ending on a track everyone in the room knows the hook of.
Antakshari with a theme round, a dialogue quiz, and four small trophies for best dressed, best entrance and the guest who knew the most songs. It takes twenty minutes and gives the photographer the best frames of the night.
Chaat and tandoor counters open before the main buffet. Guests eat standing, which keeps the stage visible and stops the room from emptying for an hour.
The DJ starts on familiar Hindi film tracks, moves into Punjabi at ten, and the dhol walks in at 10:30 for a twenty-minute stretch before the floor is handed back.
Dessert comes out, printed photos go up on the poster wall, and guests leave with a small box of mithai packed in a film-reel sleeve.
Timings are indicative. Venue curfew and your family's dinner hour set the final sheet.
You do not need every one of them. Most bookings pick four and put the budget into the two areas guests photograph the most.

Twelve to twenty feet of backdrop with jharokha frames, velvet panels and a lit arch, plus stairs that dancers can actually use. Fabric sets are lighter on the budget; LED walls suit bigger rooms.
A poster wall with one empty frame, a director's chair, a clapperboard and props on a brass tray. With an instant printer, guests take a print home and a second copy stays on the wall.
Maroon runners, brass thali chargers, marigold and rose centrepieces, and menu cards printed like a film handbill. Low centrepieces, so people across the table can still talk.
Warm uplights on the walls, festoon bulbs across the garden, pin spots on the stage and a light haze for performance shots. We test the room after dark, not in the afternoon.
A two-way PA with wireless mics for the anchor, a DJ console, and a projector for a three-minute film montage of the family or the company's year.
Five areas from recent Bollywood builds. Colours change with the venue; the structure stays the same.
Bollywood decor gets people into the room; the food is what they talk about on the drive home. We lean on counters rather than a single long buffet, because counters keep guests moving and keep the stage in view.
Vegetarian, Jain and no-onion-no-garlic menus are planned with the kitchen. A bar can be styled to the theme, though the licence stays with the venue or your caterer.
A line and a half is enough. Say the colours that photograph well and leave the rest open, otherwise half the room turns up in costume and the other half feels underdressed.
Each package covers decor, artists and crew. Food, venue and alcohol are quoted separately once we know your guest count and city.

The ten questions that come up in almost every call. If yours is not here, send it on WhatsApp and you will have an answer the same day.
Ask on WhatsAppOur Bollywood packages start at ₹55,000 for a setup built around 50 guests, and go up to ₹1,85,000 for a full venue design with an LED wall, eight dancers and an event film. The final quote depends on city, guest count, venue access and how much of the food and bar you want us to handle. GST is charged separately.
Three to four weeks is comfortable for a Saturday during the off season. For November to February, or for a date that falls near a wedding, six to eight weeks is safer because dancers, anchors and good dhol players get booked out first.
Yes. We regularly work in Jaipur, Lucknow, Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Dehradun. Travel, stay and transport for the crew are added at actual cost, and we tell you that figure before you confirm.
That is a common arrangement. We will work with your caterer on counter placement, service flow and power load so the food section does not sit in the dark or block the stage. Decor-only bookings are quoted without the catering line.
The Starter includes two dancers and a DJ for four hours. The Night adds four dancers, a dhol player and an anchor. The Premiere includes eight dancers and a live singer. Extra sets, a brass band or a celebrity lookalike can be added to any package.
Plan for five to six hours of setup and about two hours to clear the venue. We need access at least six hours before the first guest arrives. If your venue only allows a two-hour window, tell us early and we will design a lighter set that can go up quickly.
It works very well, with a few changes. We drop the bar, use cartoon and superhero film props instead of wedding-style sets, add a craft table and keep the music volume and lighting softer. The stage and photo corner stay, because that is where children spend most of the evening.
Yes, and it usually makes the night sharper. A 1970s night gets hand-painted posters, bell-bottoms, a record player and Kishore-RD style music. A 1990s night gets cassette tapes, filmy dialogue rounds and a stronger dance set. Tell us the era and we will match the props, playlist and hosts to it.
Most guests come in sarees, lehengas, bandhgalas or kurtas with a jacket. We also keep a props table with stoles, turbans, sunglasses and bindis for anyone who arrives in regular clothes, so nobody feels out of place in the photos.
Yes. Warm uplighting, festoon bulbs, pin spots and a two-way PA with wireless mics are part of our standard kit. A projector for a film montage, an LED wall or haze for the stage can be added if the venue has the power and the ceiling height for it.
Send the form and it opens a WhatsApp draft with your details already filled in. You will get a call back with a site visit slot, usually within a few hours during working days.
