Why this theme works
Half the casino-themed parties we are called in to rescue have the same issue: plenty of gold cardboard, and nobody actually playing. A table that photographs beautifully but sits wedged against a pillar. A dealer with nothing to deal because the guest flow walks straight past him. Thirty people standing in a queue for one roulette wheel.
So we start with the room, not the mood board. How many tables fit without blocking the buffet line. Where the cashier desk goes so the queue does not cut across the dance floor. How long a round takes at each game, and which table your uncle will park himself at by ten. The decor follows that plan, and it looks better for it.
Every chip on the floor is play money. Guests collect chips against a printed voucher, the pit boss keeps the floats honest, and whoever holds the tallest stack when the whistle goes walks away with a hamper. It is a scored game, not a gambling table, which is exactly why it works at a family anniversary and a company offsite in the same month.
“If the tables are in the wrong place, no amount of balloon arches will rescue the evening.”
01 — The games
Each game has its own rhythm. Roulette pulls a crowd, blackjack keeps four people rooted for an hour, teen patti gets the family table loud. We build the mix around your guest list rather than around whatever we own the most of.
Six decks in a shoe, dealer stands on 17, rules printed on a card at the rail so no guest has to guess what a soft eighteen means.
Single-zero wheel, full layout cloth, and pin spots aimed at the felt. This is the loudest table of the night nine times out of ten.
Three cards, no skill barrier, endless conversation. Once one table is running, the aunties at the next function ask for it by name.
The fastest rounds on the floor, which makes it the easiest place for a guest who refuses to learn rules. The dealer carries the whole game.
Run as a tournament with fixed starting stacks and rising blinds, so it finishes on time and produces a winner worth announcing from the stage.
A wheel, a pointer and no strategy at all. This is where the children and the relatives who “don’t gamble” end up standing.
02 — Around the tables
Tables keep people busy. The rest of the room is what they talk about in the car on the way home.
Illuminated “Casino Night” arch, red carpet and a rope line with two greeters handing out chip vouchers and a printed game card. Guests arrive already playing.
Green and burgundy felt, padded rails, brass chip trays and custom denominations that match your event. No plastic folding tables pretending to be casino furniture.
Step-and-repeat with oversized cards, dice and chip stacks, plus dealer visors and winner boards. Instant prints with a printed frame so guests leave with something in hand.
A visible scoreboard updated every half hour, and a desk where stacks are converted to hampers, vouchers or trophies. Keeps the competitive guests at the tables.
Someone has to explain the games, call the tournament rounds and get a shy crowd to a table. Our host works the room between announcements instead of reading a script.
Signature mocktails and a short cocktail list named after the tables, with canapés that can be eaten standing. We coordinate the menu with your caterer, not around them.
03 — House rules
A casino floor only looks right when the room commits. We send a one-line dress note with your e-invite — black tie, cocktail, or the best version of it — so nobody arrives in office wear and spends the evening feeling underdressed.
And to be clear about the money: there isn’t any. Chips are entertainment, prizes are hampers, and nothing is staked or won in cash. That is the version of this theme that works in a Delhi banquet hall and clears a corporate compliance desk without a second email.
04 — The work
Ballrooms in Aerocity, farmhouses off Chattarpur, office atriums in Cyber City. Different rooms, same rule: the tables lead, the decor follows.
05 — Packages
Rates below are for the gaming floor, the decor shown and the crew on site. Your venue, kitchen and bar stay in your own contracts, which usually works out cheaper.
50–100 guests
100–200 guests
200–500 guests
What is not in the price: venue rent, food, alcohol, live act fees and generator backup. GST is charged extra. Site visits anywhere in Delhi NCR are free, and a written scope with table positions goes out before you pay anything.
06 — How it runs
A casino night has more moving parts than most themes. This is the order we usually run them in, and where your decisions are needed.
We measure the room, check the service lift and doorway, and mark table positions on your floor plan so the buffet and dance floor stay clear.
Guest count, game mix, chip denominations and the prize list are locked. Artwork for branded chips goes to print this week.
Trucks arrive three to four hours before doors. Felt laid, lights focused, dealers briefed on the room and the host walks the entry path.
Dealer rotations every 45 minutes, cashier closes 20 minutes before prizes, and the floor is struck within two hours of the last guest.
07 — Where we work
Our store is in Burari, so a table can be in Dwarka by noon and in Noida by three. Two events in one evening are possible inside NCR. Outside it, we plan a day either side.
08 — Questions we get asked
The ten things clients ask on the first call, answered without the sales pitch. Anything else, the phone is faster.
Dates, floor plans and quotes over one call. If we cannot do your date, we will say so on the first line.
09 — Booking
Send the venue, the guest count and the date. You get a floor plan, a written scope and a fixed quote — usually the same day, always within one working day.
Six fields, one reply. No call centre in between.
